Terms and conditions for Onerush Jackpot

1. General

v. 2-2026

1.1. Hylas Limited's ("our") progressive jackpot ("Jackpot") is a voluntary, chance-based side game. By taking part remotely in our chance-based jackpot game, players get the chance to win a prize in accordance with these terms ("Jackpot Rules"). The Jackpot is available in selected casino games and slot machines ("Slots") on the gambling website onerush.com ("Website").

The Jackpot consists of four progressive tiers: Rapid, Mini, Major and Mega. Participation requires an active choice (opt-in) by the registered user ("Player", "User"). The game is played with a separate additional stake on each round.

1.2. These Jackpot Rules are valid from 20 May 2026. They constitute specific game rules as defined in clauses 1.4 and 7 of our general terms and conditions.

1.3. The Jackpot Rules govern the registered user's participation in the jackpot game offered by Hylas Limited. Players of other licensed gambling operators may also take part in the jackpot game, participating in the game and contributing to the Jackpot on the same terms. This does not, however, affect the contractual relationship between Hylas Limited and the registered user, or our responsibility for providing the Jackpot in accordance with these Jackpot Rules.

In the event of any conflict between these Jackpot Rules and the general terms and conditions, the Jackpot Rules take precedence in matters relating to the Jackpot. In all other respects the general terms and conditions apply.

1.4. Members of the public and registered users who have questions about the Jackpot may contact Hylas Limited using the contact details below:

2. General eligibility requirements

2.1. Only registered users may take part in the jackpot game who

(i) meet the general eligibility requirements and rules for use of the Website set out in section 3 of the general terms and conditions (ii) understand the requirements and obligations that apply to the registered user under section 3 of the general terms and conditions (iii) play with real money through the gaming account (as defined in the general terms and conditions). Real money means only deposited funds and winnings earned with such funds. It is not possible to take part in the jackpot game with "bonus money" or "play money".

3. Participation

3.1. Participation in the jackpot game is voluntary and requires an active choice by the player.

(i) The player can take part in the jackpot game (opt in) by activating it in the game lobby or by opening a game where the Jackpot is available and selecting "Join" in the jackpot menu. (ii) Activation only needs to be done once and remains valid until further notice. (iii) The player can change their stake ("Jackpot Stake") or deactivate the jackpot game (opt out) at any time. (iv) If the Jackpot is not activated, no Jackpot Stakes are registered or charged to the gaming account.

4. Participating games

4.1. The Jackpot is activated in specially selected slot machines and casino games that Hylas Limited may offer from time to time ("Main Game(s)"). Hylas Limited reserves the right to change the selection of Main Games from time to time for technical or commercial reasons.

5. Additional stake

5.1. The Jackpot Stake is charged to the gaming account separately and in addition to the stake placed in the Main Game. The Jackpot Stake is therefore independent of the Main Game stake, and it is processed and settled entirely independently of participation in the Main Game and its outcome.

5.2. The registered user can change the size of the Jackpot Stake before each game round. The Jackpot Stake is a fixed, separate additional stake charged on each round, which does not affect the actual stake or the outcome of the Main Game.

(i) The minimum Jackpot Stake is €0.10 per game round. (ii) The maximum Jackpot Stake is €5 per game round.

Each €0.10 of Jackpot Stake corresponds to one (1) separate attempt to win a jackpot prize.

5.3. A higher Jackpot Stake gives several simultaneous chances to win in connection with the Main Game round, which increases the chances of winning a jackpot prize. 5.3.1. Example: If the player chooses to place a Jackpot Stake of €0.30 in connection with a game round, three (3) separate attempts are registered for that game round.

5.4. For a Jackpot Stake to be registered, the actual stake in the Main Game must be at least €0.10. The actual Main Game stake refers to the total stake for the game round, including any options that affect the stake, such as bonus features. 5.4.1. Example: If the actual Main Game stake is less than €0.10, no participation in the jackpot game is registered and no Jackpot Stake is charged to the registered user's gaming account.

5.5. The Jackpot Stake can only be charged if there is sufficient balance in the gaming account after the actual Main Game stake has been charged. The Jackpot Stake can never exceed the actual Main Game stake in the current game round. 5.5.1. Example: If the player has activated the jackpot game and pre-selected a Jackpot Stake of €0.50, has a current balance of €0.70 and plays a game round with a Main Game stake of €0.50, €0.20 remains in the gaming account after the Main Game stake has been charged. In such a case no Jackpot Stake is charged and no participation in the jackpot game is registered, because the remaining balance is not sufficient to cover the pre-selected Jackpot Stake.

6. Jackpot structure, return to player and display of jackpot prize amounts

6.1. This progressive Jackpot consists of four tiers ("Jackpot Tiers"): Rapid, Mini, Major and Mega. Each Jackpot Tier consists of the share of players' Jackpot Stakes allocated to that Jackpot Tier. 70% of each Jackpot Stake is added to the Jackpot and divided between the Jackpot Tiers as follows: 40% to the Rapid tier, 15% to the Mini tier, 10% to the Major tier and 5% to the Mega tier.

6.2. The theoretical return to player ("RTP") of the Jackpot is 70%. This does not affect the RTP of the selected Main Games.

6.3. The jackpot prize amounts displayed on the Website reflect the jackpot prize amounts valid at the time they are displayed. The prize amounts are updated continuously, but there may be minor delays, for example due to system updates, network latency or synchronisation between different parts of the gambling system.

7. Seed amounts and payout

7.1. Each Jackpot Tier has a seed amount from which that Jackpot Tier starts accumulating contributions. The seed amounts are as follows:

● Rapid: €50 ● Mini: €500 ● Major: €5,000 ● Mega: €100,000

Each Jackpot Tier has a theoretical payout ceiling ("Win Cap"). The Win Cap is the level by which, in practice, some player must have won the jackpot. The theoretical Win Caps are as follows:

● Rapid: €500 ● Mini: €5,000 ● Major: €50,000 ● Mega: €500,000

The jackpot can, however, be won at any time between its seed amount and its theoretical Win Cap. The outcome is determined entirely at random.

After a payout, the Jackpot Tier in question is reset to its seed amount and accumulation of the prize pool starts again in accordance with these Jackpot Rules.

8. Random number generator (RNG)

8.1. Winning the jackpot is determined entirely at random by means of a certified random number generator that has been tested and verified by an independent accredited body.

8.2. The size of the prize paid from a Jackpot Tier is determined on the basis of a single participation. Only one (1) jackpot win can be awarded per Jackpot Tier, after which that Jackpot Tier is reset.

8.3. The prize amount registered in our gambling system at the moment the jackpot is won is the final jackpot prize paid to the player.

9. Payment of the jackpot prize

9.1. Jackpot prizes are paid automatically to the registered user's gaming account. They are paid as real money with no wagering requirements. Withdrawals from the gaming account are subject to section 6 of the general terms and conditions.

Hylas Limited may need to carry out additional checks in connection with the withdrawal of larger jackpot wins in order to comply with the requirements of the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (MLTFPA), as described in more detail in the general terms and conditions.

10. Game and transaction history

10.1. All Jackpot Stakes placed and all jackpot prizes won can be seen in the registered user's game and transaction history.

11. Marketing

11.1. By taking part in the jackpot game, the registered user agrees that Hylas Limited may publish information about the Jackpot and jackpot prizes on Hylas Limited's website. In such a publication, which gives information about the relevant Jackpot Tier and the win amount, an alias or a general description may be used instead of the player's name, for example by referring to a geographical location or other general information (such as "Woman from Riga"). 11.2. The registered user agrees that such a publication may be made as part of our communication and marketing regarding the Jackpot. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy.

12. Technical disruptions and system errors

12.1. The Jackpot may be temporarily unavailable due to technical disruptions or system errors affecting the side game. In such situations no new Jackpot Stakes are accepted and no jackpot prizes are awarded. Technical disruptions do not affect the prize amounts of the Jackpot Tiers, which remain unchanged until the system is operating normally again. If, due to a technical disruption, a game round in a Main Game connected to the Jackpot does not function correctly, this does not affect a correctly registered Jackpot Stake. A Jackpot Stake registered in connection with a Main Game round is in such cases considered duly registered regardless of whether the actual outcome of the Main Game can be determined. The handling of technical errors, the restoration of game rounds and any related corrections are otherwise carried out in accordance with the general terms and conditions.

13. Changes, suspension or termination

13.1. Hylas Limited reserves the right to change the Jackpot or to suspend or terminate it for technical, regulatory or commercial reasons. In the event of suspension, contributions are transferred to future jackpots. In the event of termination, Jackpot Stakes are handled in accordance with Hylas Limited's general terms and conditions.
