These Bonus Terms and Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) apply to all bonus offers, promotions, and rewards (“Bonus Offers”) provided by Hylas Limited (“Hylas”, the “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) through the Website onerush.com. These Bonus Terms and Conditions form part of the “Rules” defined in the General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). In case of conflict, the Rules shall prevail.
For the purposes of these Bonus Terms:
Any other capitalized terms not defined in these Bonus Terms shall have the same meaning as in the General Terms.
1.1 Any Bonus Offer is valid only for the particular Registered User to whom it is granted.
1.2. Each Bonus Offer, as may be offered by the Company from time to time, is unique and applies only once per Registered User, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Bonus Offer description.
1.3 By accepting or participating in a Bonus Offer, the Registered User confirms acceptance of these Bonus Terms in addition to the Rules. Participation (e.g., making a qualifying minimum deposit, activating Free Spins, or placing a Bet) shall be deemed acceptance.
2.1 All Bonus Offers are limited to one per Registered User unless expressly permitted in the specific Bonus Offer.
2.2 Bonus Offers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions or offers, unless explicitly stated.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold or cancel Bonus Offers, participation, or winnings where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
2.4 The Company may, at its own discretion, amend or cancel Bonus Offers at any time where necessary to comply with Applicable Law, Responsible Gambling obligations, or any instructions from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
3.1 Where a Bonus Offer requires a minimum deposit, the Registered User must first wager the deposited amount before any associated Bonus Funds or winnings can be withdrawn, unless otherwise specified.
3.2 To receive any Deposit Bonus, the Registered User must make a minimum deposit of €20 (or currency equivalent, where available under the General Terms), unless otherwise stated in the Bonus Offer.
3.3 (a) To activate the Welcome Bonus, the Registered User must first make a minimum deposit within 30 days from registration and then claim the bonus from the “My Rewards” section within 14 days of said qualifying minimum deposit. The bonus will not be credited automatically.
3.3 (b) All bonuses must be specifically claimed from the “My Rewards” section following completion of the qualifying action specified in the relevant Bonus Offer (e.g. minimum deposit, wager, or no action where applicable).
3.4 Unless stated otherwise, Deposit Bonuses and Welcome Bonuses must be wagered thirty (30) times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
3.5 When Bonus Funds exist, real money is wagered first, followed by Bonus Funds.
3.6 Only one Bonus Offer may be active at any given time. Deposit Bonuses cannot be stacked.
3.7 The maximum Bet allowed while a Bonus Offer is active is €5 (or currency equivalent), unless stated otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and related winnings. Purchasing in-Game features (e.g., respins, bonus rounds) counts toward the Bet amount.
3.8 When Bonus Funds are wagered, all game types other than slots (including, but not limited to, live casino, game shows, table games, roulette, arcade and all card game variants) only contribute 10% towards the wagering requirements outlined in clause 3.5. 3.9 If a Registered User is suspected of abusing a Bonus Offer, the Company may cancel the Bonus Offer and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
3.10 If a selected Bonus Offer does not activate for any reason, the Registered User must contact Customer Care before participating in any Games.
4.1 To request a withdrawal of any winnings generated from a Bonus Offer prior to the first deposit, the Registered User must first make a deposit.
4.2 Bonus Funds and winnings must be wagered within fourteen (14) days of activation, unless stated otherwise in the Bonus Offer. Expired Bonuses and related winnings will be removed from the Gambling Account.
5.1 The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including documents relating to the Registered User’s Source of Funds (SOF) and/or Source of Wealth (SOW).
5.2 Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and associated winnings, as well as termination of the contractual relationship in accordance with Clause 5 of the General Terms.
5.3. Any suspicious activity may be reported to the competent authorities under the Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (MLTFPA).
6.1 The Company may amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions at any time, as it deems necessary, to ensure compliance with Applicable Law, regulatory guidance, or internal risk-management policies.
6.2. Material changes will be communicated to Registered Users in accordance with Clause 17 of the General Terms.
